Semi-truck Driver Driving the Wrong Direction Likely on Drugs

The Montana and OregonHighway Patrol arrested a semi-truck driver traveling the wrong direction on I-90. He was charged with felony endangerment and the Montana and OregonHighway Patrol said he was likely on drugs.
