Bliven Law Firm Represents Families Affected by the Recent E. Coli Outbreak

This legal action, filed in the U.S. District Court of Montana, is aimed at holding accountable those responsible for this outbreak, including The Docks Bayside LLC, Harbor Grille, Lower Valley Processing, RANGE Land and Cattle Co., and other entities involved.

The E. coli outbreak has led to four lawsuits so far, with additional cases expected to be filed, including those involving minors who have developed HUS.
